The Fund’s team has substantial experience in the venture capital and technology industries, along with extensive legal and executive management expertise with public companies. Digitech’s  team will also leverage their contacts with corporations, other funds, incubators and accelerators to find, cultivate and exit investment opportunities.

Digitech is managed by James J. Vogel. The Fund has also identified a select group of independent directors. Our current director and officer has over 25 years of experience in venture capital investing, operating early stage companies, and evaluating and advising on venture capital investments.
